Chunky Potato Chowder - Vegan!

Chunky Potato Chowder! 
Plant-based, no oil/low fat, rich satisfying comfort food!

Honestly, it was quick! An easy, totally delicious way to use left-over 'smashed' potatoes!

6 large diced portabellas - sautéed with 1 finely chopped red pepper.
Salt and onion powder mushrooms and red pepper, then
Move to a large heavy cooking pot and throw in some soy milk (about three cups)
Add 6 Tlbs nutritional yeast

A little more salt& onion powder to taste, then add:
1 Tsp. Coconut Aminos
1 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 drops liquid smoke. 
Simmer 10-15 minutes and Serve! YUM.
